Finding common ground can be awfully strenuous and costly.
A trained and experienced mediator can help.

Mediation is about working toward a common ground between two parties. When both sides think they’re right, mediation can help reach a settlement. We don’t take sides; we help you get to a livable, workable solution.

It could be neighborhood disagreements -- solve it together with a “referee” who’s trained to help weed through the issues. It’s better than paying enormous legal fees.

It could be business unit infighting – solve it through building a consensus. Business units that solve issues instead of building work-arounds are more cost efficient.

It could be an employee vs. manager disputes – solve it through a neutral outsider. Bad morale is infectious and spreads rapidly.

In all cases, avoid skyrocketing costs. Plus, make sure you’re part of solving the issue.

In court, neither party may get anything close to what they thought would be a livable agreement.
